Yes! Go Damon!

Bonnie, Damon and Stefan teamed up against Mason. The vampire brothers knew about the moonstone with Jeremy telling Damon first. They knew it was hidden somewhere and Bonnie used her power to locate it. It was in a well that was close to one of the Lockwood's property (the underground's). Damon and Bonnie brought Mason to the Salvatore house and Damon tied him up and tortured him. I give a thumbs-up for that. Serves you right, Mason, for going after the brothers. Damon was ready to kill him when Jeremy interfered. But it was ignored as once Mason was let go, he would definitely kill Damon. He died, eventually, when Damon ripped his heart out. Yeah, yucks, but, YAY!~

Stefan went into the well to get the stupid moonstone but who knows the water was filled with vervain. Caroline heard Elena's cries and helped Stefan get out of it. Elena insisted on finding the moonstone and the most creepy thing is--THERE WERE SNAKES! Although they were thin snakes, it freaked me out. I can say that was the scariest thing I had encountered while watching Vampire Diaries for the past 'year'. Elena managed to get hold of the box that contained the moonstone and quickly escaped from that hellhole. Seeing the rotted Stefan, she fed him with her blood. (Caroline had to turn away upon seeing the red fluid.)

Back to the Salvatore house, Damon was packing up after killing Mason and texted Carol that he left for Florida. In truth, he's dead. Congrats! He wondered who was the last person Mason called and Stefan told Damon not to provoke Katherine. She was surprised when she picked up her phone that it was Damon. He informed her about the demise of Mason and about the moonstone. Damon could no longer gloat when he heard that she might have a Plan B, or C, etc.

Katherine called Elena and shortly while they were conversing, Jenna stabbed herself. It was Katherine's compulsion! Elena went to find Stefan and they broke up because they had not listened to Katherine--that they stay away from one another. She was afraid that the next victim would be Jeremy, with Jenna already made example. Before leaving the house, Damon apologized to Elena as he was the one who riled Katherine up. Maybe she's better with Damon, no need to be afraid of what Katherine might do when the two gets together. Katherine doesn't even care about Damon. So there's no danger here!

The episode ended with Katherine compelling Matt that he would pick a fight with Tyler and would not stop until Tyler kills him. So, that would make Tyler a werewolf. DANG!
