I think Vampire Diaries episode 19 is better than 18.

Stefan kept on saying that he was in control of the blood craving but he was lying. Sheriff Forbes told Damon and John about the theft in the hospital (for blood). Anna went to the Salvatore house and apologized to Damon about the gang of vampires who tortured Stefan. Pearl was not one who did apologies, and Damon coincidentally did not do forgiveness. (Wow. Damon actually cared so much for his brother.) John wanted Damon to get back some invention of Jonathan Gilbert from Pearl. Damon refused to do it and had no idea what that was and shooed John out of his house.

Elena had forgotten about Miss Mystic Falls and called Stefan to be her escort. After the call, he went to the big fridge that contained numerous blood banks and was discovered by Damon. So Stefan was the thief.

At the day of Miss Mystic Falls, Damon told Elena about Stefan's problem and was interrupted by Stefan's appearance. He told Elena that he was about to tell her but he was just fine. And they kind of started quarreling. Stefan was angry and went to the bathroom where he slammed his fist into the mirror. Poor Amber who was one of the Miss Mystic Falls contestant was spotted by Stefan and was being dragged away by him. Stefan compelled her and fed on her. EW!

Elena was going down the stairs and could not find Stefan. She was worried that her escort was gone but Damon came to save the day.

Darlene: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!~

He hurried to the foot of the stairs and gave her a small smile. She whispered to ask where Stefan was and replied that he did not know as he held her hand. Jenna was surprised and asked Alaric what was Elena doing with Damon. Ha! They were so cool together.

(This is the part where I liked most.) Uh-oh. The contestants were going to dance with their respective escorts. But did Damon knew how to do it? Yes, he knew, and he was quite good at it. (Hey,he's a vampire.) So they danced the almost-touching-but-not-touching dance and finally they touched. (You so got to look at their eyes. Damon's were full of respect, admiration. So cool.) After it ended, Elena was embarrassed about having to dance like that with his boyfriend's brother. (Relax, Elena, there's nothing wrong. If it was not for your 'good' boyfriend who 'abandoned' you, you would not have to do this.) Not sure about Damon, but you could see he kept on looking at Elena. Ha ha.

Stefan was angry with himself and compelled Amber again. This time, he asked her to run. She ran, but stupid Amber ran into Stefan again. Stefan told her that he had changed his mind. And bit again. (Durh,Stefan.)

Damon told Elena about the bathroom's mirror incident and off they went to find Stefan. Bonnie (yeah, she's back.) went after them and they 3 found Stefan feeding on Amber. He stopped when Elena called him and Damon tried to assured his brother that it was going to be okay. No use. Stefan flung Damon into a tree and that was when Bonnie acted. She used her witch powers to do something on Stefan's mind so that he was awake. Elena went after Stefan to the Salvatores' house and angry Stefan asked her to leave. She didn't and pushed her against the wall. He was sobbing into Elena's shoulder and she stabbed him on his back with Vervain. He collapsed and Damon asked if she really wanted to do this. 'This' referred to putting Stefan in the Salvatores' 'dungeon'.

Damon asked if Elena was going to leave that placed but she shook her head and sank down. SWEET Damon decided to accompany her and sat opposite her and they shared a long glance.

PS The winner of Miss Mystic Falls was Caroline. I did not really like it because Elena was great with Damon! Ugh. Elena must have been thinking of Stefan and so lost her concentration or whatsoever. Dude.
